RAYNET is the Radio Amateur Emergency Network and in the main our members are licensed Radio Amateurs, however we also have a number of non-licensed members who assist in a number of ways. We will also be running classes to assist non-licensed members to take their Radio Amateurs Exams to become full operating members.
